Shelbi Herring, Owner

Shelbi Herring has worked in the wine industry since 2009, bringing together her experience as a strategy consultant and a passion for wine. As a business consultant, Shelbi specialized in growth strategy, logistics, and finance, primarily in the retail category.

Shelbi is the mother of two wonderful children and one very large dog, and loves to enjoy anything sparkling at the end of a long day with her husband Brett. Shelbi & her family live in Denver, CO.

Leslie Zellmer, Director of Sales

Leslie is a lover of food, wine and people. With a Bachelors in Sociology and twenty years in the restaurant world under her belt, she transitioned to Orangewood in 2013 as a sales representative. In 2017, her role expanded to Brand Manager. Today she continues sales and portfolio management along with aiding the sales team in their endeavors. When Leslie is not working, she enjoys hiking, traveling and growing food in her organic garden.

Olivia Israel, Operations Manager

Olivia graduated from Boise State University in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management. She grew up in Washington state and is a true Washingtonian at heart. Her favorite season is winter when she can get cozy with a hot cup of coffee. Since moving to Arizona, her hobbies include exploring the outdoors and taking her mini dachshund named Ollie out for adventures!
