Francesca Farina, born in Emilia Romagna, Italy, is an engineer by education and by trade, but upon meeting her husband, Nicola Biscardo, fell in love not only with him, but also with the wine world! In 2016 she decided to change career and to embrace a much more fun path in wine! This Moscato d’Asti is her very first project in the wine making! Thanks to a very long friendship between Nicola and one of the best producers of Moscato d’Asti, she was able to select the best vineyards in Santo Stefano Belbo, and to apply the traditional techniques of Moscato wine, following closely every step, to create the best Moscato d’Asti possible! The targets were 3: SUSTAINABILITY, ELEGANCE, PLEASURE. The result is a wine dedicated to women: gentle, soft but with a strong personality!
